How did you check your status in ECAS? When I enter the Application Number which start with E and 9 digit it tells me there is no information.

Hi,

Maybe the information is not available because they have not started processing your application despite the fact that you submitted you Permanent Residence application and got an AOR. That happened to me---when they start processing my application that's when I got access to ECAS.

You just have to keep checking by going on that said page/website and filling in the required fields.


If there are any other reasons other members will correct me and/or provide further info and direction.

I see that I am already in the spreadsheet.. Here are some updates:

First.. I'm am inland..
I got additional documents request nov 10 for my celpip which I uploaded right away
And today (nov 12) I got additional documents request for "use of representatives"... Which I did not indicate that I am using..

Seems like someone is working there., I'm happy

Thank you for your response. Yes, probably they did not start processing my application. I submitted the PR application on Nov 4 and got AOR the same day. Then on Nov 10 I got my Medical Passed and nothing else changed but still I can't get access to ECAS.

Doesn't Medical status changed to Passed means they started processing my application? or is it a automatic process?

Hello All,

I can now access my ECAS after AOR on the 6/11.

I have 4 lines just now. The last line states that they have sent me a request for information, but does not state that they have received my response. I understand that ECAS updates on a Tuesday, so I should expect this to be upated then?

Things seem to be moving quite quickly for me, hope it continues in this fashion!

Review of submitted documents : No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview : Not needed at this time
A background check is needed : Not needed at this time
A final decision has been reached : Not Started

Can anyone tell me is it because I had my medical examination just couple of days before I got my AOR or is there something else?
