Is there any format for Bank Letter to show POF.

Or bank statement will work.

your bank must have their own format for it. tell your bank that you need bank balance certificate for immigration purposes and you should submit the same with bank statement (1 year ideally) and both should be signed and stamped by the bank.

You can see the CIC requirements for the POF letter if you click on the little help button next to the POF field in your eAPR.
Banks do have their standard letters, but they might be a bit different from what CIC wants. For example, my bank didn't provide the 6 months averages on their letter, I had to specifically ask them to do that.
As long as your letter satisfies the listed CIC requrements, the format itself doesn't matter, and nothing else is needed. Just make sure you're providing all the requested information.

My background check change to "In progress" today and I got PPR today as well with the extract below. I'm so so excited


"YOUR IMMIGRANT VISA(S) APPEAR(S) READY TO BE ISSUED, IF THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGE IN YOUR FAMILY CONFIGURATION. IF THERE HAVE BEEN ANY CHANGES, PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE BEFORE PROCEEDING."

Updated family information: you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM8 application form. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa.

I'm asked to submit passports within 15 days and also provide updated family information.


Just want to ask a question, my family info hasn't changed but just wondering if I need to fill any form or just the IMM 5406.

Heyy...Congratulations... Request if you could keep the thread updated with info. about the next steps along with timelines and the communication received from CIC.

Any idea how long it takes to attach the document with our application which was uploaded via CSE.

Sept AORers have started their countdown list. I hope CIC gets to us by March.

In the meantime: I have submitted a CSE with an address change. Can anybody please tell me if there is a way to check if they've updated the address? I know you were able to see it in ECAS before, but without ECAS - are there any other options?

But November updates are rare if not dead in the water.

I suppose we should calm down and come back here in about a month. Only the end-of-october AoRs have the stable flow of PPRs now.

Usually around a week. Two weeks in some cases. They send you an e-mail acknowledging they've received your CSE.

I have requested for additional time for FBI PCC as FBI is taking forever to process cases. Has anyone got additional time from CIC?
