I've got almost the same timeline, my BG check status is still "not needed". No updates since 30.11 and ECAS is down now. PNP Ontario.

But I guess now the RPRF request is not a safe indication of getting a PPR. I saw a few outlanders who got rejected even with the RPRF request.

My application was rejected on Dec 11th for incomplete PCC. I had sent a CSE and on Jan 12th it got re-opened. So back in the November wagon!!
