Hello Guys,

My PCC Expires end of January, which means I would have to get a new one very soon. My question is how do I go about sending this new PCC document to CIC? Is there a way I could upload it in myCIC account?

You can't upload it now unless they specifically ask for it. You can get a new PCC issued before hand and keep it just in case they send a request for the new PCC.

Also you can try one thing and send the new PCC with a CSE. I don't know how helpful it would be but there is a possible way to do this if at all.

Hello

Mine background check too went back to not needed at this time from in progress

It is normal ?

Please advise

Thanks

Hi
Same thing happened to me today and as well for many others in the forum.
Dont know what might be happening to our application. By the way which category did you apply for?

Actually you don't need a PCC now. As long as it was valid when you applied. If it expired after you applied, you don't need to worry. You can indeed apply for one if needed.

I learned from others that eligibility will stay in progress until the end. Is your background check started?

Hi

I guess this is a standard process since I have read about so many cases on this forum itself with the same issue. Happened with me too and is currently at this same stage. Don't worry. Just sit back and relax.

Best of Luck!!

Hey, do not worry about this change. This might have happened because your file was either assigned to another visa officer or your BG was completed or they might request you for another document or some information. This change does not necessarily mean something negative.

Just be patient. With so much activity going on for the August applicants, you might just as well receive the PPR.
