Travelling by road is not a problem with Copr but for flying you need the PR card.

No. Once you use your CoPR for landing, you have to wait until you receive your PR card. Then you can leave Canada.

Yes, on your CoPR it clearly mentioned, "Not for Travel".

Well, actually, you can leave the next day after landing, if you want to. It's not advisable though.
But to enter Canada again, unless you're travelling by car, you'll need the PR card. So the two options are:
1. ask somebody to get you PR card for you and mail to your current address. This is risky though, because you don't know when your PR card will arrive, and if they would need new photos or something.
2. get a Permanent Resident Travel Document, a document specifically designed for this purpose, you can look it up on IRCC's website.

True.
I personally would never go for the first one. You can not trust the post in Canada, let alone international post!
Another option would be not to land! Take CoPR and other required documents with you and land on your way back to canada (in the airport) , like outlanders!

Do u have ur Xpresspost tracking number... look for that...

if u have tracking number for ur return post.... what does it show in ur trcking page?

is it delivered? or is it still under transit??

Sorry to hear that....
It has been out for delivery since March 30.

The good thing is I am form a visa-exempt country so I didn't need to send them the original passport.

It really makes me worried that Canada Post will lose my mail again when CIC reissues the COPR

Hi guys...

Is there anyone who would be kind enough to explain the procedure to apply for PNP from outside of Canada? I have seen lots of outland applicant applied with PNP approval...I always wondered how to do that.. I really need to know.

Can anyone please help me with that? Anyone please?

Thanks
