Did you apply under PNP stream? If yes, then I believe you may have to land in Manitoba.

I applied as FSW. When I created my profile I had selected province of preference as Alberta. Hence my COPR had Calgary, Alberta printed on it.

I did my landing in Vancouver, without any questions asked.

Just got the passport back from NDVO. Thank you all for your wishes and support.
I have a concern, in CPR it mentions destination as Manitoba, I do not plan to go there and I am not a provincial nominee. Can I land in ontario, or do I need to take some steps to change it.
