you ain't alone on this one. same is the case with my eligibility. the review has been in progress ever since i submitted my application back in march. have called for GCMS notes and waiting to figure out where is it stuck.

I have no idea how to go about ordering the GCMS notes. I have been trying to find out but have been unsuccessful. Online it showed me 43 dollars to order the GCMS notes.

Yes, these services from third-party portals would surely cost u more than 20 CAD.

I was helped by another user here who asked me to search for GCMS in CIC portal. and follow the instructions there.
