elmas! Maybe that's a good sign coz the change in your MED status was different too. Maybe your case is ready to finalize. Fingers crossed for you

Any kind of movement is better towards final decision than waiting for longer than 6 months. Be optimistic. Good result will follow.

No change in my medical yet. But I agree with fahad! Any movement after 6 months time-frame is good. At least you know that they are really working on your application.

I really hope all of us get our PPRs soon!

at this pace, it's looking more and more like the PR's are going to come through next year around the March time, which really screws up my entire planning for the coming months. i am really hoping that is not the case and that PPR comes through before the year is over for all of us waiting.

I really hope that those waiting for PPRs from the March group get it before year-end. I would love to start the New Year with fresh energy, and not experience this anxious frustrating wait. Nov end I think will bring some good news for atleast some of us.

wow thats great actually, usually canadian agents dont respond well if ur file moved to delhi........my file in NDVO and its more than 6months.

yeah, usually they give nothing away, but I think for those who are crossing 7-8 months, they might. Let's see if the Nov 24 date brings good news for me as indicated by the helpful agent ;D

My AOR is Mar 24, FSW inland, medical on Jan 25. My medical status changed in ip two weeks ago, then back to passed. But last week it went to not needed, then now ip again.

Nice thought! What I've seen so far is that they are re-assessing medicals with respect to medical expiry dates. I've two friends with January AORs whose medicals expire in December. They experienced medical statuses changing to "not needed at this time" and to "passed" after two days. For two other friends with March AORs the same happened when their medicals are valid until mid-January.

Mine is valid until February 7th. So I will be seeing that change in my medical status in one or two weeks, when they are done with January medicals.

Thanks for the info. You mentioned in another post that medicals get extended but we can't know that for sure. One agent had told me extension of medicals is rare.
