As per gcms, eligibility, criminality is passsd, security not started when i received notes in june...ordered another set in july, yet to receive...this waiting period is really tough...
One question guys, if elegibility is passed in june, should i assume now my employer will not receive any verification call?

I am FSW inland AOR 24th March. BG in progress since 14th August. Eligibiity still under review. I dont know my VO. I called CIC after crossing 6 months mark, was assured by the representative that my application has been cleared for medical, eligibility and security and waiting for final review. I dont know how you guys are finding your VO? I assume it is Ottawa, but no idea. Please help regarding sending an email to CIC. Thanks in advance

VO should be Ottawa...VO can be found out thru notes-thats the only sure shot of finding out...however coz you crossed 6 months...call cic directly...email turnaround time is much longer...google IRCC webform in case you want to send mail

I have written to them twice since, no response.

Guys, tried calling CIC, but couldn't get through to Express Entry (Option 7). The automated voice said the dept. is unavailable and the call got disconnected

Press 7, listen to the woman telling you some BS. Then press 0, another woman will tell you some more BS about members of parliament office being close blah blah, wait on the line, don't hang up, it goes automatically to call center agents.
