Congratulations guys. :)
All the very best!

my status is eligibility in progress .. BG not needed at this time...

after 6 month it can be possible.......

I asked to my lawyer that plz send me UCI , so they given but instructed me ..Please do not do anything to your immigration file to inadvertently remove me from record or contacting the IRCC directly for status..

I dont know what should i do ,,,, can someone give me advice .

Dear Friend,

It is normal for BG to be Not needed at this time. As per recent trend, FSW are getting PPR around 7 month time.
IMO your consultant can raise a CSE for crossing 6 months mark & status update.

I'll advise you email the London VO directly for status update, if you're sure your file is with them since you're outside the 6 months period.

March 1st week applications seeing some good movement today; it's heartening to see! - almost there!

Category: FSW
VO: London, UK
NOC: 1111
AOR: March 23rd, 2016
BG Check (In Progress): August 18th, 2016

Any update from london VO? they seem quiet these days.

Since his file is being represented by a Consultant, for contacting directly he will have to remove the him before. Thus best way is let his consultant raise a CSE/ Write Email to LVO. CSE/ Email reply may or may not come in 30days

Or he can order GCMS notes to see the file progress but will take 30 days and will come for sure. You can use Visafile. GCMS.ca or order directly on cic.gc.ca for $5 if you have a friend living in Canada.
