Hi,
the average time for the passport return is about 10 days but some applicants have also been waiting over 3 weeks.

Is it Ok to be in Canada send your documents to Ottawa even though you have applied from outside of Canada?

As per instructions you will need to log in to your account and update your address in your profile.

Next, just send the documents from within Canada as per instructions provided in PPR email

My employer helped me providing LMIA that is work permit exempt and as i was having a 7-8 months left on my Work permit that i got after graduating from canada .. so my Lmia never supported my Work permit and now just last week i got my bridge open work permit approve and my LMIA expired last month as LMIA was only valid from feb to aug
So that means now my LMIA not support my job but when i applied at that time it supported me
is it an issue ?

If your question is that the expiry of the LMIA will cause the decrease of the CRS points, it's unlikely as the points are locked at the time of AOR.
BUT
it would be better if you consulted an immigration lawyer for clarification.
Order the GCMS notes to be sure of the status of the application.
Check if there are any entries made against the LMIA

if you had claimed points for it and so it seems - the I think you might lose those points. Had you done. Your landing and then the lmia expired, it wouldnt have made a difference. This might be considered as a change in circumstance. Also, I understand that your lmia never supported the work permit, but you have claimed points for it.

Ofcourse this is only my take and I'm not very sure about it. Like sabretooth says, you can ask legal falcon or asivad anac.
I personally hope that it doesn't affect your score. All the best!

Eligibility and criminality are the last steps of the application processing.
If u have cleared that, it's golden.
You should be fine dude. Just hang tight for the PPR.

AFAIK, it takes 30 days to process a GCMS notes request. But depending upon the portal you have applied at, it may take anywhere from 30 to 60 days

The recent draw has seen 1000 invites with a drop of CRS points to 491.
Does this mean that the CIC is done processing the backlog and ready to move on to the current cases..?
Any impact on the processing times for the current applications..?

CoolHyd, RitJ... Other seniors.. What's your take?
