I have no idea why but PPRs seem to be sent only on certain days of the week, ie mainly Tuesdays. Is that so?

elmas said:It was issued in April. My program would start in August but I couldn't make it and now I want to fly in for a week in September. I'm not going to study, so I can't tell the officer that I'm going to study. But I'm not sure if I can apply for a TRV either, since a study visa sort of includes a TRV. What do you think?

JP_IndoCan said:I am not an expert. In my opinion, if you decided not to study, the college/university who sent the letter of acceptance to you, might inform CIC. If they did inform CIC, then your study permit will not be of much use. It is a matter of probability. They might allow you to enter Canada, if the college has not informed that you have not joined.
elmas said:Thanks for your reply. I deferred my acceptance actually. I don't want to look like I'm crazy and applying to all kinds of Canadian visas possible! So I haven't made upy mind yet.
