Human errors happen. Be honest and polite and write a letter. They should accept it. Sending a letter wont harm at all. Keeping quiet may lead to rejection. The officer might think this guy doesn't care about his application or the deadline.

Our passports were requested on July 29. But I did not know :o. I checked MyCIC account every days. Three times per day. :'(. Since, I am an Inland applicant, My back ground was "In processing" many months ago.

First, I registered for an Express Entry account by using an email address as a@yahoo.com, then I changed to b@yahoo.com in MyCIC account. The gold email was sent to a@yahoo.com as a junk mail.

Our passports were submitted to morrow.

Good luck to all

Sorry, but does that mean we don't actually receive a message confirming PPR through my CIC account ?

Hi guys! Need your help here…
I cannot get my GCMS notes! I ordered them on July 5 (received confirmation letter with request #). It has been 45 days today. :o
I send a status enquiry letter on Wednesday, but that did not help… and I have not received anything yet. So worrying now… Does anyone have similar problem or suggestions what should I do?

As per the posts on this forum posted by people who received PPR, some said they received the PPR email in their junk folder, others in their inbox, few of them in CIC login.

Thanks! I raised a CSE. Hoping they will not be too harsh on me!

Generally, they are known to be good. My folks who kept migrating since the 90's say so. Don't loose hopes.

We can only wait and hope. I check regularly my junk mail, inbox and my CIC. I know some times the wait is frustrating. The key is to be patient and it builds one's character. After you get the PR, all this wait, patience and struggles will give you a story to tell to your loved ones.

hi JP,

Thanks fr the very encouraging words.

May I know if your inland or outland?

my timeline is on my signature.

Thank you

I too check my junk email folder just in case. All i get is offers for credit cards, dating sites, and performance enhancers!!! :P

In all seriousness though, you need to be diligent on checking all possible points of contact. Too much at stake to trust technology 100%.

From what province?

me from ALberta.

Thanks for this information. This is a nice reminder to everyone waiting for PPR: it is good to set a filter to ensure all emails containing the word "passport" do not go to the junk folder
