Theoretically it should be, but right now many people are at this stage across the forum...

Well, I'm not sure now.
She notified me yesterday for a ghost email in another customer's case... May be she didn't notify me for MY ghost email(s)... I'll probably never know

My BGC has just gone in progress early today evening about 3 hours ago.
No email received so far. But the application now shows "In Progress" on My CIC

Got the ghost email related to this one now. About 24 hours since it actually went "In Progress" on the account.
