I'm also waiting for mine to move "In Progress" but it just isn't.
I can see on the spreadsheet the guy just before me (one day earlier AoR) has moved "In Progress", but not me.

After no movement on my profile (also according to my GCMS Notes) for nearly 5 months, it would be very exciting just to know my application still exists and have some movement even if its just BC in progress update

The process speed seems to be more date driven. They will take 6 months unless you're a PNP / LMIA candidate.
Hope to see applications closed on a positive note soon!!
