you assumption seems right Kim, this year they are taking longer time then 2015. Last year one of my friend got his PR within 3 months after AOR.

I have heard that CIC is going to finalize all the old pending applications(before express entry) by end of this year so it might be slower for us.

I really want to get my PR because I want to leave my current employer now, my co workers are really abusive most of the time they do things that can ruin my task. I cant tell it to my manager because they are brother and sister. I am tired dealing with them. I tried to talk to the manager once but i notice that it become worse everytime i talked to her. So i just keep my mouth shot. I'm draining.
