I am wondering if i am considered as a outland applicant.
Worked for 4 years in canada as a foreign worker.
Had to leave in december 2015 because of the 4 year limit on work visas.

I applied under cec supported by lmia( new employer)
Is there such a thing as cec outland or will my applocation be processed in ottawa like cec inlanders?

If you are currently in Canada (and you submitted the application in Canada) - you are inlander.

If you are currently outside of Canada, you are outlander.

Guys,
How can I order GCMS notes?

Just pay online and wait?
Do they come by email?

Go to https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/

Follow instructions, select your category/stream, pay $5 online, and you will get them via email within 2 to 4 weeks.

1 more thing I wanna ask is,my wife is pregnant and she is the principle applicant, should I inform CIC about the pregnancy as due date is in late July. I don't think I'll get PPR by that time.

Thanks in advance

Hi
You must send a case specific enquiry to CIC to add the newborn child and notify them for the changes in your family structure.

Just an update about my application:
My AOR is March 8 and Background check changed to "In Progress"

OINP Inland

"in progress" sometimes will change to "not need at this time"?

What they check for background actually? verify education and working history?

That's a good sign i read in other threads that there were PNP applicants got their PPR in a week after their BG check changed to 'In Progress' and stay 'In Progress' until their application has been closed. On the otherhand, most CEC applicants has their BG in progress then changed to 'Not Needed'.

@Smooth126

Are you currently residing in your nominating province?
Thanks

HI All

I thought i would put my situation on here to find out peoples opinion or suggestions.

My AOR was March 14 and FSW Outlander, VO London. Reading other feeds it looks like we should (fingers crossed) be receiving our PPR around August.

I will be working in Brazil from the beginning of July to the end of August and if i am lucky ill receive my PPR before, but i am concerned that in theory I will receive it out in Brazil in August.

What should i do if this situation was to occur, also should i notify the CIC of my travels?

Thanks for your reply Audrey
Yea I am in Ontario

Do you remember what your BG status was before changing into in progress?
This change is usually a good sign, your files are being moved and reviewed.
