So you had two application one as CEC and one as OPNP? With two ITAs n all? What was you timeline for OPNP application?

I am wondering if i am considered as a outland applicant.
Worked for 4 years in canada as a foreign worker.
Had to leave in december 2015 because of the 4 year limit on work visas.

I applied under cec supported by lmia( new employer)
Is there such a thing as cec outland or will my applocation be processed in ottawa like cec inlanders?

There are no downsides to ordering GCMS notes as many times as you wish- however, generally speaking, it is advised that you not order them until at least two months (eight weeks) have passed since you first applied. Keeping which in mind, I recommend that you wait until May 25 before you order them.

Thanks! Yes, two applications, but the PNP application was a non-EE paper-based application (started the process in 2014, nominated in 2015, send the application on May 20 2015, PPR May 13 2016).

1 more thing I wanna ask is,my wife is pregnant and she is the principle applicant,should I inform CIC about the pregnancy as due date is in late July. I don't think I'll get PPR by that time.
