AOR is received in your MyCIC account as you've already seen. If you click on the the tiny arrow next to Acknowledgement of Receipt on the table when logged in on a computer you'll see a link to view the AOR letter as a pdf.

@ HudsonBanks

Thanks a lot mate. :D

Meds are valid for one year, I confirmed it with the doctors office and with my GCMS notes. I submitted my express entry application with meds done for a different application and they were passed recently.

You should have nothing to worry about!

You are such a kind gentleman :)

Congratulations on your medical pass. I have 12 days passed after AOR but medical is still not needed. My first PR application got medical pass within one week.

Does any one know if CIC will re-check your medical status if you previous medical status was just 5 month ago? I mean, in theory, all medical results are valid within a year.

AOR: 10-Mar-16
Eligibility: Review in Progress
Medicals: Passed 22-Mar-16
Submitted Docs: Schedule 4 & Celpip Original copy Provided
Interview: Not needed at this time
BG Check: Not needed at this time

Other ghost email this morning, no change in my application.

If we receive the ghost email, does it mean someone is working on our application or not?

you can send your documents through case specific inquiry to CIC they will attach your new letter within two weeks. for more info about case specific inquiry consult Asivad he might be able to help you in a better manner

Thank you for your advice. I did what you told.

How do you know it takes two weeks to accept the document? or will they really accept the additional documents?

So after doing a comprehensive research on GCMS notes and confirming that ordering them does not have any adverse effect on a PR application, I have decided to order one every 28 days starting from today to keep myself and the thread updated on what's possibly going on with our application using me as case study.

I know it's very premature to order one now considering I'm barely 15 days past AOR but I like to be informed always so I don't mind spending the $5 every now and then to know exactly what's going on. I'll keep the thread updated as they come!

You cannot order GCMS notes till 2 months of submission. you will not get any response. And yes it is really premature to even try that. IF you will be so anxious this process will drive you nuts. I am in the same shoes as you are but patience is the only way out. After my BG went to not need almost a month ago no changes whatsoever has happened and this can stay like this for months.

I would say don't worry till atleast 3 months than start looking for GCMS etc.
Good Luck

finally..med set to "Review in Progress". This is the first update on my profile since 11-MAR (AOR)

You can say that the info I'll get will be skeletal (which I totally expect) but there's no where it's stated that I can't order GCMS notes till 2 months after submission & again it makes no sense to say I won't get a response for a service I paid for. I'm not anxious & I've given myself a timeline of 5 months, I'm simply a curious cat you might say.

And when I say I did comprehensive research on the topic I wasn't just talking off the top of my head. See the last post in the link below, the member did eAPR on Jan 14th & ordered GCMS Feb 2nd out of curiosity like me.

Goodluck to you as well.

You can apply from outside Canada if you have someone in Canada to do it for you or you can use a third party service like www.caips.ca. It takes up to 40 days to receive the info back after applying.
