Guys need help with a query.

I recently got ITA and have a query while uploading docs.

My 12th mark-sheet has an error in my first name a particular letter has been misspelled, can i upload an Affidavit for it?

Also while filling the forms there's a question were you known by other names, I've replied NO here.. my attached affidavit states both first names with error in mark-sheet and actual are one person.

Also, Is it fine upload ECA / IELTS along with education docs in EE.

Any idea whether 6-month term is counted from the moment AOR received or from the moment the last requested document provided? I received my AOR on March 13, but than was requested to submit Schedule A and FBI PCC, which I did on March 29.

It's counted from AOR received date.

Yes you can attach the affidavit & NO is the appropriate answer to that question on the forms.

You aren't required to upload ECA/IELTS with educational docs because you already provide the reference numbers but I did in my case to avoid an "overzealous" agent marking my application as ineligible, so you can do same.

I ordered mine on the 13th, if our progress is following the trend then u r right, we should hear something by the end of this week.

I guess my VO would be São Paulo... Unfortunately, I've heard they are taking to long to process the cases, around 4 months total. Anyway, hope for the best.

4 months of processing is not long.

I submitted my PR application on March 19th. I have to apply for BOWP now.

I am wondering how much time approximately is CIC taking these days to complete R10 stage for FSW inland category.

Anyone has any idea?

According to @legalfalcon at http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/aor-in-march-2016-good-luck-all-t400931.240.html, "R10 review is done within the 1-3 months"

As another reference, my first PR application was rejected due to FBI PCC out-dated, this rejection in R10 occurred within a month of AOR. So I guess the time-line for R10 review is roughly 1 month. Good luck with your BOWP application!

I ordered my GCMS notes on 13the April and got them today (in 2 weeks) from visafile company.
My timeline:
CSW Outland (New Zealand) FSW
AOR: 18 March
Meds Passed: 19 March
Additional documents request and submited: 22 March
BG: Not started

In my GCMS notes it says at the top:
Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not started

But if I read on those 170 pages of GCMS report, under the point calculation it says FSW eligibility met

Under notes it says (notes on 19 March: application sent for R10 review) and transferred to Sydney, Nova Scotia office due to workload distribution. I don't think they have any office in New Zealand.

Nothing so noticeable after 02 April in my notes. Due date for next action was 18 April, but my notes were generated on 13 April so I guess I missed any change (if happened)

Hope its helpful for some of you who are trying to order GCMS notes. I think its reasonable to wait at least 1.5-2 months since AOR to order them.
