yeah that's what they're telling to most of the applicants who are calling them.
But looks like most of the PPR's are almost around 180 ± 10 days.

Yes. I had to provide almost the same info...except that instead of UCI, I provided my Express Entry number. The conversation I had with the agent was very short. I don't think they can access your complete file but just see very general information on what categories are completed/passed.
