no military service, and everything else is vanilla been just to 1 country (work/study 6+months) and I sent my criminal record for that one (clean!)).

Call CIC and check for the status. Order GCMS notes too.

did you order gcm notes? is your VO Ottawa?

CCI processes 80% of the cases within 6 months. And most of the files are straight forward.
Don't worry you have at least 80% probability that your case is perfectly OK and will be processed in 6 months or so.
(Was that hopeful enough? )

Don't worry nirvoli! Apparently, our security checks are being done in an organization (CSIS) other than CIC. This normally takes times, between several weeks to several months, and most of the applicants come out clean. It is just the matter of time and we have no choice but wait.

Let's keep hope...!

I was wondering if there were applicants out there that went through the London Visa Office and how long it took to get their passport back once they sent it?
