Lucky you!! Government website maintenance are usually done on weekends. Here's the link for ECAS Iog in. In my opinion, it usually takes about 2 weeks to see your ECAS.

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do

ECAS stands from Electronic Client Application Status. This on-line service allows Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) clients to view securely the status of their immigration and/or citizenship application(s) on-line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; anytime, anywhere.

It was my understanding that ECAS is no longer offered?

I am expecting ITA in the next draw as my scored just went up to 469 last week. Do I need to pass medical to get the AOR? I ask because I need to apply for BOWP before April 24th! Does anyone have a link to document list for AOR if I am applying under CEC? Thanks!

cic website is not working now. depending on your condition you may need documents as per the following page

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

regarding the BOWP you can ask seniors but i think for BOWP your express entry application must be submitted, received and checked by VO for eligibility. ask seniors "Asivad" might be able to help you better.

you definitely need medicals passed before submitting your application. normally people take medicals after they receive ITA!!

Since when?
I think it was November or December since they stopped offering it, according to what I read on this forum?

I see but the CIC site still has the link. We'll just wait and see. Good luck to all !!
