It is a little early for March AOR CECs to receive their PPR...
I think only PNPs and FSWs received theirs (I might be wrong though)

Yes, RCMP is optional but it needs be uploaded by yourself in case CIC ask for it. Good luck with your application

Nope. I have a lawer and she didn't mention that.
But I guess CIC ask it directly to RCMP...

You should have "Assessment" on the first page and the notes in the last few pages.
Those are the important parts, well, at least the most interesting...
(i received mine today as well)

I guess you are right. I've just filtered the March spreadsheet for PNP Outlanders, and most of us haven't received a PPR yet.
