A quick question, when you received Ghost email on 17-Sep-15 was there any message received in your EE profile or it is just a change in ECAS on 20-Sep-15 to DM?

There was no message in MyCIC at all, but only the main page of ECAS was updated with "Decision made" without any updated lines in it.

Thank you. My ECAS changed to "Decision Made", but it still has the same 6 lines. And my CIC account has nothing changed either.
When can I call CIC to ask my application status?

I'm a FSW Inlander. In addition to the literal meaning of the above line, what else can you deduce from the update?

I called CIC just now, the lady is very polite. She said: everything looks good, but you will have to wait for the outcome, CIC will update the information every Wednesday..
She did not say my application was approved or not. Is this a good sign?
