I got decision made today in my ecas after getting ghost email. Yesterday they add one extra line in my ecas. Any suggestions?

Hi all, i haven't seen the "Medical received" line in my ecas so far, is this normal? When should i expect to see that line... if ever? My ecas looks like this:

-We received your application for permanent residence on July 30, 2015.
-We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 30, 2015.
-We started processing your application on July 31, 2015.
-We sent you correspondence on August 6, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I have 5 lines in ecas as of yesterday

the new 1s are about AOR and document requested(in addition to the usual 3 lines).

Is it fair to assume that this is a system wide change more than a update ! as most of us have got this ,
or is there any one who did get a doc request and yet its not showing up in ecas?

Wow, I also got another line that they sent me correspondence on 25th, July, as shown in the line# 2 below.
Hope to get good news as soon as possible!!

They never asked me additional documents.

I got decision made in ECAS today.
App submitted on 06 July.

My ECAS changed to in process today.

Funny thing though, it went from 2 line (app received and med received) to 5 lines:
1. app received on june 18
2. we sent acknowledgmenet on june 18
3. we began processing on July 3rd
4. we began processing on july 29th
5. meds received

Why would they begin processing my app twice? and so far from the day it was received?

Is ECAS just so random and I shouldn't pay attention to a word it says?

Does anyone have two lines of "we started processing" with 2 different dates?
