Well my observation is totally different, it's all about where you have applied from.

Eventually your case will be assigned to your local visa processing office. Some have empty queues while others have huge numbers in the queue. I think we should always mention where the applicant's current residency location.

After a small search I found LusiLee is Russian and GNPLC is Nigerian so I assume their offices' queues are nearly empty.
I thought that express entry is processed through CIC and the decision is made there. VO's only process older applications in the backlog. Also, according to CIC website the processing times of PR applications prior to January 1 2015 in Russia is quite high (39 months).. and someone said that Lucilee (who already got PPR) was from Russia.
So it's still a 'mystery' why some applications process very fast and other take 4-6 months!

Ottawa office can not do end to end processing considering the passport has to be stamped in the country of residence of the applicant. So somewhere in the processing the Ottawa office has to transfer the file to the local VO. I am pretty sure the PPR are sent by local VOs for outlanders. Also, most likely the local offices have two separate queues. One for old paper based applications and one for new EE based applications.

We can see how the language of PPR is different. First one is for outlander and second one is for inlander.

Hmm... I think I got PPR ;D

"Your application for permanent residence in Canada has reached the final stage of processing and we need your passport and the documents listed below in order to make a final decision.
Please read carefully all information and instructions set out below and complete the steps accordingly.
Visa Validity:
Once issued, permanent resident visas usually expire on the date of expiry of your medical examination results, which in your case is 27/05/2016. If there is an earlier date of expiry on your visa(s), that is because the passport validity of you or one of your accompanying dependents expires before the medical examination expiry date.
You and all your accompanying dependents must travel to Canada and present your immigration documents at a Canadian Port of Entry before they expire. The validity of the visas cannot be extended.
Documents to submit:....."

Hey everybody!

If I got a PDF file in MyCIC that starts with this text, it is a PPR, right?
"Dear XXX, The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and if applicable, permanent residence visa..."

Sounds like a PPR to me :)

Hi there Miumiu... i think it's different in terms of timeline and case... i am FSW Inland... you're PNP applicant, inland or outland?

also you submitted eAPR 15 days ahead of me which is why you got Schedule A request 20 days ahead of me...

my assumption is your application should be processed first... wish you luck... hope to see you get your PPR soon... followed by mine ;)

Hi friends Could you show the letter what they sent you to required Schedule A,please?
I am not sure my situation. I also got it but not schedule A but they required me to explain the period time xxxx-xxxx only to indicate residency, date month year, activities.
I just created the period in excell to explanation.

No, i am FSW outland, dear. My pnp was still in process when i received ITA directly and applied. :)
In addition, we both submitted eAPR and received AOR on July 30.... where did you get the idea that i submitted it 15 days earlier than you?

Hey rjoy
Today Morning i have got refusal letter.
i have same reason as yours.
Which is...

In your Express Entry profile you indicated that you had a valid offer of employment. In support of this

criterion you provided an offer of employment letter dated End of 2012 from .....XYZ......

that specifically states the company is offering you a full-time position for a

period for two years. As

such, I am not satisfied that you possess an offer of arranged employment in Canada that is non-seasonal

and indeterminate.

could you please tell me that you applied again or you did reopen by CSE your EE profile.....?

Thanks
Maddy
