Hi frnds,

I have applied for BOWP day before yesterday. It has been more than 40 hours, but I don't see application number for BOWP in my profile.
Is this normal? When application number will be generated?

i have just sent an email to Ottawa for status inquiry but i have not received an auto reply. Is this normal as usually auto mail comes seconds after your mail is sent.

yeah i wouldnt take that as a benchmark... several would have got PR, not bothered to update tracker and left... if i had to estimate i would say around 70% have got PPR

On average it is between 5% - 15% never update.

Moreover, if a case is not update, its not visible to users -the last column of each tracker has two values ACTIVE and INACTIVE.

By default only updated, i.e. Active cases are shown.

The period of inactivity varies in each tracker - depending on average processing time of the cases.

The tracker cant be trusted.
bcoz its true what he said. people dont update.
If i made the thread and didnt update, they will still keep the thread untill 6 months. there are many who made the thread and havent updated since.

Also i think tracker is only 10% of all applicants.

For Eg, 54507 ITA's released this year but only around 3000 are on the tracker. rest have not bothered to put themselves on the tracker.

Where did you get 54507 figure from? From Jan 1st up to date?

Moreover, there is 10+ moderators on the tracker who monitor many forums, for any updates and update the tracker on behalf of users on regular basis, if a user misses anything.

Please do the research before saying "no one updates the tracker" and "it only has 10%".

I have a question regarding my spouse who is not with m in Canada. I added her as dependant in my application. How will she submit her passport and to where?? I am the primary applicant and currently reside in Toronto. Not sure if she has to send passport directly to the CPC - ottawa or should i get it here to myself nd then send mine and her together or if she has to submit in the canadian embassy backhome??

You can request her passport to be submitted in her LVO. just raise a CSE and call them too.

Eligibility :- Recommended Pass
Security :- Not Started
Criminality :- Passed
Medical :- Passed

If Everything seems good in GCMS notes then why it is taking too long.............6 month mark will finish after 3 days.......
