Hi All,
I got my note today. I sent the application Jan 12, 2017. Document request in March.

Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Security:
HIRV:

There is nothing in front of security and HIRV, not even mentioned "in progress".

1) what is HIRV?
2) Based on your experience and having this stat, how many more weeks I may need to wait, ball park?

Thanks for your input.

Hi frnds,

I have applied for PR under OINP CEC category on Jan 21st 2017 and my AOR on jan 21st. My work permit expires on june 25 and so my husband work permit also expires on same day.My PR status shows "back ground check not applicable " since one month.I called CIC they are saying that my criminal background check is completed and security check not started.I was hoping to get my PPR soon but I feel they will take 1 month more .I have added my husband also on My PR application. Can I apply for me and my husband BOWP together ?I see that it is taking more than 1 month for the BOWP.Please advice .
Yes you can apply online your BOWP with both of you together

Hi everyone I got my GCMS notes just now which has 114 pages! Is this normal and which pages I should read? Really confusing. Thanks.

Med passed: 29 feb
Background : IP1 29 feb

Just wait for the right time and don't call CIC every time, It will create bad impression on your file. Just hang in there, time will come.
