Ask for which visa office is working on your file or where is you file currently. Below is mandatory information

* Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number;
* Category of Immigration (CEC, Provincial Nominee, Family Class, Federal Skilled Worker, Temporary Resident);

Got Schedule A request yesterday (April 25), filled and handed it in same day
Just got PPR!!! (April 26)
Background never changed from NA since March 14

I think i got PPR mail. FSW Outland USA Jan 20 AOR. The wait was killing me . This forum helped me keep calm . Thanks you .

Hello. I am pleased to announce to announce that I received my PPR around 11pm tonight :D. I was been anxious because my BG was stuck on NA for 6 weeks.

Background check never changed to IP2. Still says NA.

Timeline:
AOR - Jan 19
Med's passed - Feb 22
BG check NA- March 16
Schedule A request - April 24
Schedule A uploaded - April 24
PPR - April 26

Nope. IP1 would be "We are processing your background check.". That's NS (not started). Looks like the officer who worked on your app forgot to update you BG status. :P

When I used https://www.getgcms.com/, Part C was already filled out with the details of the person who will submit the request on my behalf. So to answer your question, yes, it would need to be filled out by your designated individual.

Actually, that basically is equivalent to IP1. There are two paths BG normally takes

NA(NN) > NBG(NS) > NA(NN) > IP
or
NA(NN) > IP1 > NA(NN) > IP2
