this is since 12 days, dont they have to show when they receive it and when they will review it? how long usually it takes to see update,

I wonder if your ITA date has something to do with the processing time.

For example:
Person A: ITA Jan 4, 2017 AOR: January 31, 2017
Person B: ITA Jan 11, 2017 AOR: January 15, 2017

Maybe person A's application gets looked at before Person B's?
Just curious.

I don't think they process applications by ITA. They process applications as received- first come first served basis- that is if all the documents are completed as well as other factors.

I don't think so. There are a lot of things that matter (i.e. stream, inland/outland) but I don't think the ITA is one of them... just guessing though.

I think that's based on first come first serve (AOR date) plus the category.

for example: if the person 'A' applied under PNP Inland category then there are chances they can add grandkids names as well to the application :P :P (JK)
