"List all trips taken in the last 10 years - if that includes trips from the US to Canada and now Canada to US, provide them.

You can request your travel records from CBSA and their US counterparts.

http://cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/agency-agence/reports-rapports/pia-efvp/atip-aiprp/menu-eng.html

http://cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/agency-agence/reports-rapports/pia-efvp/atip-aiprp/req-dem-priv-eng.html

You should provide the following information your request: full name, date of birth, gender, country of citizenship, passport numbers(expired and current), vehicle license number, etc. Enclose copies of the data page(s) of your passport, driver's license and vehicle registration" quoted SenoritaBella

i hope these answers your question. By the way, would you mind to share your timeline?

I received the same request from CIC. I went to the National Pardon Centre, at #1503-2 Carlton St. Toronto and did my fingerprint, they will send to RCMP ottawa, the said it will take about 1 week for RCMP to mail my criminal report. Hope this can help.

Shout out to sanpatel30, tough break brother. Wish you luck...

I'm frustrated today. 1,5 years to get PNP, and now this awful wait. I've been coming back and forward to Canada for the last 9 years (visiting, working, studying, paying taxes, etc), always loved this country. If I know if this process would be so painful and expensive, maybe would've thought twice. Eventually, when PPR comes all will pass. Just wanted to share my frustration.

I emailed them on Friday and they responded back on Tuesday.

Did you get a generic response? Or did they tell u where which office is processing your application?

I sent an email to CPC Ottawa yesterday asking for UCI number and visa office details, and this morning I received the email from them informing me that my file is at CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia!

Like what do I make of it? I am about to complete 90 days mark post AOR, and my file is still at CIO??

Here's my timeline :

AOR Jan 18th
Medical passed Feb 16th
Additional Document - Received and uploaded
BG NN > NS > Not Applicable (since Feb end)

My app status and the timeline are almost exactly the same as yours and at CIO Sydney. I do not understand.

Hi ,

Can some one throw light on where to fill travel history on the Schedule A form. Or should i just attach a separate document with it. There is space for address and personal history , but no separate travel history section.

Please advise. Thanks.

Can you share how long it took for BG to change to NS. Then how many days from there to change to NN?☺
