When the BG status changes from IP(1) to NA, we can assume that case Analyst analyzed our application against A11.2 and provided his recommendation. After this step, the file will be transferred to LVO. Once officer starts reviewing the recommendations, the BG will change back to IP(2). Once the officer satisfies the recommendation, we will get PPR mail. The tenure between IP(2) to PPR will vary. Some people got PPR on the same day and some 2 or 3 days later.

In short, if we are waiting final BG, then we are kind of safe position. But..But.. anything can happen during the final BG process as well because it is difficult to predict the CIC next move ;)

Is this same for FSW OUTLAND. I just had one IP after NN NS NN IP now since 17 march. How do you see this ?

I'm not quite sure for FSW Outland, but I believe it should be the same process. Please check your promotions and spam folders. Hopefully, you may get PPR before end of this week.

Yeah, I also noticed many CEC applicants receive their PPRs on weekends, however I'm not sure about outland Visa Offices. Any clues if they work weekends?

    Thank you thestunner316.

I need guidance on the following:

Address History under Contact Details of Primary Applicant & Accompanying Spouse

I am the Primary Applicant and I have been residing in the same house in Delhi from 1988. When my spouse got a job transfer to Chennai I went there for a period little over than 5 months between June 2009 to mid Dec 2009. I returned back to Delhi in Dec 2009

Should I mention this in the address history under Primary applicant?

Should I get a PCC for this?

My Spouse stayed in Chennai from Oct 2007 till May 2010.

Should he mention this in his address history?

Should he also get a PCC for this?

    PERSONAL HISTORY – TRAVEL HISTORY

Has PRIMARY APPLICANT, and if applicable, PRIMARY APPLICANT's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

Should Primary applicant show the spouse’s travel history in the section applicable to the primary applicant?

    My Spouse has travelled to
Milan (Italy) – one month for official purpose
Singapore – one week for official purpose
Nepal – one week for official purpose

Should I enter the details of his trips in his application? Will he need a PCC from these places?

Sure... I'd say it's a good time to get notes, by now your file has probably been transferred to LVO so you'll be able to see your ELIGIBILITY recommendation.

The cheapest site I found was GCMSnow.com to order (and that's where I ordered my two sets from). You'll need to pay first then fill out your details, then you'll get a consent form in an email that you must sign and send back to them. Quite easy really.. the hardest part is waiting 30 odd days for the notes.

NICE! Well done Andy... So Jan is the biggest group, no surprise there I guess. Also noticed that majority of PPR have been issued to the mid JAN people... strange, but ok, nice to know!

fingers crossed for some change... any change today....
