Hi everyone,
I have one quick question.
Where do we get PPR email? In CIC account message or in our personal email?

Either or both depending on which VO is sending to you. And for emails, please don't forget to check out for PPR email in your promotion box if gmail and junks for other mail type as we have seen cases where the mail went to these boxes instead of the inbox.

Hello Guys,
BG turned IP today.
Hope it's the good IP which is followed by a PPR, not the drag for months IP

So I noticed a trend for BG to go to second IP

Once your application changes to NN it can take up to 15 days to change to second IP

11 to 15 days - Slowest
6 to 10 days - Average
1 to 5 days - Fastest (if you're lucky)

It really depends on your case, the officer assigned and the due date on your application.

Like I said, it's just a trend I noticed.

In my case, it is 9 days now and it still did not go to second IP. Just waiting....

It actually may still be IP 1 lol. Because it asked for RPRF and maybe that's why it went to Not Applicable. Now that I paid it, it went back to IP from NA. So could be IP 1. I will see a revolutionary IP 3

All. I need some advice. I received the below letter in myCiC yesterday. We sent the PPR to the London office and so have been expecting our COPR. However it seems they have forgotten to include the actual COPR, instead we just have this letter which starts as per below. What should I do? Should I try and email the London office?

You have now been issued your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) form (IMM5292 or IMM5688) for you and all accompanying dependants. Do not make any corrections to the COPR. Do not sign the COPR until instructed to do so by an Immigration Officer at landing.
Please note that as of December 1, 2011, citizens of visa-exempt countries will not have a counterfoil affixed to their passport. These applicants will only be issued a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) form and an electronic foil (IMM5785). For a list of visa-exempt countries, please see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp#exemptions . This may mean that some of your family members required a counterfoil in their passport while others were issued COPRs and electronic foils only.
Note that if your children do not have passports, but are listed in your passport or your spouse’s passport, their counterfoil, if required, is affixed in that passport.

Send VO an email and place a phone call to CIC to clarify.

When and how did you find out your VO is London?

It says on the letter. The letter has even been uploaded with a description of "letter accompanying visa". I can't believe they seem to have forgotten to include the actual COPR!!
