Hey guys, is it possible to have GCMS notes delivered in 2 weeks and what's the best/fastest website to order from?

No! They take a minimum of 2 weeks to issue and usually wait about a week or two before issuing them..

It's about current load on the system... I suppose you may get REALLY lucky and order them in a period when no one else has ordered them and so you'd get them in 2 weeks but they have been taking 4 weeks to be delivered from when ordered.

Both visafile.info and GCMSnow.com have taken 4 weeks recently. GCMSnow is $2 cheaper.

CAIPS.ca is the most expensive at 40 CAD but if you order a second set it comes down to 30 CAD. I don't know how long they've been taking to deliver notes recently but probably the same 4 weeks.

Note that IF you have been rejected or refused then your notes will be issued within 7 days (as you may need them to file an appeal), but AFAIK this is the ONLY case when you can get them quickly...

Hi all!

Guys, at what time after AOR is the file usually transferred to LVO? 1,5 - 2 months?

Thanks a lot G126. Well explained

I am already waiting for my second batch, but I guess then I will relax a bit. Then again I will not relax until all is finished.

Hi,

I just got today request for schedule A and I'm struggeling with two questions.

d ) been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificate de selection du Quebec(CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

e) been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other Country

As long as the first one is clear that I need to answer yes because my canadian work permit application as a spouse has been rejected and so I did when submitting my PR application.

But the other one, previously I have answered "no", because I was never physicaly denied entry to Canada, what more I was during this time in Canada as a visitor.

I found on this forum people having different opinions on that. Like example for second question answer should be yes as well because the application was rejected..

If I would go with this opinion, will it somehow affect my application that I have previously answered "no"?

I would appreciate help with this problem.
.

I got this email from LVO when asked them about my application status

Your file is undergoing necessary background checks. Please be advised that there are various checks that a file may need to undergo during the application process. We will contact you once the checks are complete.

Does this really mean BG is in progress? Or are they just saying that as a standard response?

Yes.

What is now In Progress was before NOT STARTED
And if BG is now NA it was before NN

But if you are outland and passed medicals and your file is at LVO, rest assured, they have started your security checks around the time they checked for first completeness.
And that one is really the least predictable.

But the BG status is Not Applicable. And how is security check unpredictable? With respect to time?

And what is included in security checks?
