Well according to cic training manuals, once a file has been assigned to a VO, and a Due Date set, they are expected to finalize that file latest by 2 weeks after the mentioned due date.

So maybe give them two weeks?

Where do you have that information from?
My file was transfered to LVO with the next due date for 18.3.2017, so that is why I am so curious.

My application is going through an Immigration Consultant and therefore I do not have exact dates if/when there was a status change in my application, but for now it looks as follows:

Stream: CEC-Inland
AOR: 27 JAN
Principal + 2 x Dependants

What I know is that Medicals were not passed until 28FEB. I asked for an update today and received the following status:

Application status: We received your application....
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements...
Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam...
Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents...
Interview: You do not need an interview...
Background check: We are processing your background check...
Final decision: Your application is in progress...

I got another change after yesterdays Background check in progress and Travel History Supplementary for request (which I completed and uploaded the same day). My medicals finally passed and my Background changed to Not Applicable (See status below). Any idea what this may mean, if anything.

Hi Ronnie,

You are not alone. There are many applicants including myself are also in the same boat. The only thing which help us to understand with our application is ordering GCMS notes. Some people got the PPR without any change after medical status. As long as we are not hearing anything, then we can safely assume that things are going smoothly. If CIC requires something from our end, I don't think they will wait and ask it after sometime. In fact, they will ask us right away. Don't worry too much about the process. Be patient and wait for golden email. If your application process is worrying you bit, then just remember the old process. I'm pretty sure, it will calm your nerve as we haven't waited that long till now. It's just matter of 2 months. CIC Official ETA about this process is 6 months from the date of submission. Last but not least, please don't compare with anyone else as every case is unique.

You did not get any update yet? Not even Medical Passed?
My Medical is EDE, Family EDE. But I'm single applicant, which makes me worry, the clinic made this mistake, I called them and they are like they always do EDE and family EDE for express entry, probably they dont know anything. What does your Medical says? I'm wondering if it has to do anything with the medical type.
