Yes true, Its going back to NN from NS after few days, Approximately 1 week to 10 days. However, do we have any cases where RCMP upfront got the PPR without going to IP status in BG ?

For me to : NN->NS 16/01 and NS->NN 01/03, so it's possible it's too long ! ( 42 days !) but i am PNP

i have a question haunting my mind, i havent uploaded my resume or scanned IELTS marksheet ( just the scores/dates/reference number) , i have uploaded the WES report though along with edu. documents.

can anyone put some light on what impact this might have on the application, and whether i should submit a CSE.

You don't have to upload IELTS but have to provide your IELTS Reference number only and IRCC will verify from IELTS Database

Guys any idea how long it takes to process PNP inland applicants? In 2016 some of my colleagues received their PR in 3-4 months under PNP inland category.

My CRS score will be 480 without PNP points. If it takes a very long time to process for PNP inland applicants why cant i create a new profile again to apply under CEC rather than PNP inland? is it safe to stay under PNP category with more points? Suggestions please !!!

All i need is to get PR soon. Staying under work permit sucks !! :(

Because you obtained a nomination from the province, more than likely CIC would invite you under the PNP stream. Whether you prefer CEC or not. Even if you should create a new profile, you would still have to state that you secured a nomination, which CIC would still end up inviting you under that stream, so there is no run around from it.

OINP - Outland

Hi Ya9545,

Did you BG changed to NS from NN initially? Or did it go to IP from NN directly?

Just wanted to know. Maybe you and I have the same BG trend.

Do lemme know.

Regards,
Sameer Ansari.

So, just got my GCMS notes and to my dismal surprise it really doesn't contain any useful information. That's what you get for ordering too soon I guess.

Criminality is passed and that's based purely on the PCCs, this was decided about 4 weeks after AOR.

Medicals Passed (but this I knew from the site).

Eligibility not started and security not started.

It seems that even though my AOR was on 7th Jan, they only started to look at it on the 8th of Feb!

Notes were issued on the 15th Feb and apparently my file was still at the CIO at that time.

Lessons learned: best to wait a good 2-3 months before ordering GCMS! ;)

from this i found the most interesting that the criminality check was done so early. i thought this was done during the BG check.

Having patience is key

Well at least, we now know how do they do about with the BG check

I wanted to know the difference between criminality and security?

So what I've gathered is that during the R10 check if they find that you've correctly uploaded all your PCCs and they are all negative (no trace/no reportable trace) then they go ahead and pass criminality.
