senior members, could you please advise on this question?

Please have a look at this thread:

I think you have nothing to worry about. It's just not yet in process.

I think you're okay. There are lot of different agents handling cases. In a week or two it'll move along. Different groups speed up at certain tollgates and slows down at others. Eventually all nets out

Yesterday when I received an update on my medicals I didn't receive an email right way. I checked my status because someone in my whatsapp group mentioned his update. This morning I then received an email. So it took about 12 hours from online update to actual email notification.
Saying that it makes sense to check your profile once a day (don't overdo it - it's just painful!)

I am new here and see some great conversations going on. Do anyone have any information on FSW inland applicants. It seems we are the laggards. :)

Actually the past showed that outland applications are processed the fastest. Inland (no difference between CEC or FSW) are slower to see first updates. But from what other people said: once inland moves, it moves in a good pace.

But still keep in mind that CIC says that average application processing time is 6 months.

What's your AOR? Maybe you can add it to your profile - you will get asked about it quite often here, because that's what people are interested in regards of any timeline.

Thank you for your prompt response. I have to learn using this portal and how to add timeline in signature. Anyhow, my AOR is Jan 05 (FSW Inland). No updates post that. Thanks

Actually, this week seems that it is for CEC inland

Hopefully we (fsw inland) come after them

I hope that's the case. Dec thread infers that there is some more wait for FSW inland.

Also, I was going to ask this from others who got updates but now I know myself. I did not get an email yet telling me profile has been updated. Something to keep in mind.

I got the email almost 12 hours later. Seems similar to invite email. I got the invite also 12 hours after actual draw

My medical changed to 'Passed' today!

Background check still says Not Started.

The wait continues...

You can create your own by entering your case information here: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/january-2017-aor-permanent-residency-tracker
After you have created your case click on My Profile -> My Cases, select January 2017 AOR and it will show you a button that says "Click to copy" the code needed to add it to your signature:

Then on the forum go to your Profile -> Forum Profile Information and there look for signature and paste the code.
