so E-APR is something people call when you Submit your documents/application after ITA , AOR is something you get right when you submit your E-APR and pay the fee .

Thanks for clarification!

Hi all, once you pass medical, how long it takes to clear R10 or any change in background status, is there any rough estimation by any chance. Thanks :)

wow... so many anxious people in this thread... this is even worse than the OINP thread where we were accusing OINP of eating our money and doing nothing...

i'm only going to check my profile once a week, so far no change... i think it just says review of eligibility in progress...

i'm a tad surprised meds havent passed yet - i had done upfront medicals on christmas day :) but whatever - it will come when it has to come... worrying about it wont make things go faster, but it will certainly make it seem a lot slower ha ha

good luck everyone

Indeed... The blessing (or curse) about OINP is that there was not online system where you could neurotically check your application 5 times a day, so people learned to be patient the hard way as it was the ONLY way! Sure you had the nutter that kept calling then, but getting through was so difficult that most people didn't bother until the final months.

Now with EE you can see several status (some quite useless like eligibility that will only change right at the end) and you get anxious for each one... :P

I must admit, I was OK, but bow I'm seeing several BC changing back to NN whilst mine is still at NS and I'm getting a little anxious! Damn it, where are my notes!!! ;D

It's wonderful to see status changes on so many people... Please remember to keep the tracker updated!

so after medicals are passed, is it correct to assume that our files are immediately transferred to the processing Visa Office?

A lot of updates indeed! CIC woke up properly in February :)

Nope...

Generally this is assumed by your BC status, NN - NS - NN (when it changes back to NN) then it's usually when your file will be transferred.

Some [usually CEC] people will see their progress not change for a long time then go straight to IP, again usually when it's transferred to another office...
