Guyz,

Ive received my gcms just few hours back. They haven't started anything even after 5 months time.

ELIGIBILITY - NOT STARTED
SECURITY - NOT STARTED
CRIMINALITY - NOT STARTED
MEDICALS - PASSED

So, the next due date its showing to review my application is of 1st July 2017. @serious_assistance my NZ PCC was ordered on 27 feb and they received it on 7th March. In the notes below it says work experience met, ECA met, IELTS met threshold, so I dnt knw what is left now.

Also on the first page it shows Primary Visa Office - New Delhi and Secondary Visa Office - Central Intake Office.

Any further conclusion from anyone in regard to the gcms I got today would be helpful. Does this mean my file is in Delhi? They transferred my file to Delhi on 30 May 2017. Also it shows Application Assignment DUE DATE - 29/06/2017.
Thanks for the info. That does seem strange that nothing has started yet. Is there nothing at all on the last few pages of the notes that explains why eligibility has not started? Are they waiting for something? On what date were the notes generated?

The notes were generated on 6/6/2017. There is nothing peculiar written on the notes. It seems fine. Infact the officer who wrote notes also states that,,, "ready to finalize". It was written on 29/5/2017. However, 27/2/2017 there were another note which states that criminality is pending owing to NZ PCC. Can you tell me my file says primary visa office to be New Delhi. Does it mean my file is currently in Delhi. Also FSW - Met and PNP - Met can be seen on the first page. Total points - 69.

Check for a section titled PAPER FILE TRANSFER HISTORY. It's towards the end of the notes. My notes were generated on May 19 and on that day, it says CIO transferred my file due to "Workload (re)-distribution" and that it was Received by London Office. Since the notes were generated soon after the transfer, I have to assume that the transfer was complete, though I do not have any notes from an officer at London Office to confirm that they are working on it.

Hi, Do you get UCI number yet?

Hi All,
My BG is IP since June 7, I called CIC yesterday , they confirmed that "They are currently verifying eligibility", rest Security , Criminality , Medical all passed. I have ordered GCMS notes on June 16.

My query is , Whether the NDVO too does the eligibility check?

Same here my file was transferred to new delhi on 30/5/2017 and within seconds it shows received on the same date. Reason workload re-distribution. My notes were generated on 6/6/2017 and on 7/6/2017 my background check came into IP2

Please update your timeline in your signature. Its hard to interpret the dates when we need to assess a conclusion based on other applicants files. It will be highly thankful to you if you could also update whether you are PNP-Outland /Inland, FSW, CEC and on what date you filed your application.

Regards,
Ritz

Hi,

What happens after the 6 month mark has been reached? Do they expidite the process after that?
Well it shouldn't happen in most of the cases. But if it do, then probably CSE has to be raised. Though, I dnt think crossing the 6 month time would expedite the process. If it is slow since the beginning then it will be slow at the end too. Can't say anything. No predictions generally.
