AOR 31st Jan
I was asked CELPIP score on 24th Feb, nothing after that. Below is my status

Application status We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
Review of additional documents The additional documents you provided have been uploaded. Help
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check.
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Any suggestions, i didnt realise when did the background check status changed from not needed to in progress
I think you are at the very initial stage where your medical is not even passed.

It seems like CEC is now slower than a month ago.

I don't think so. Some people who submitted applications in March have PPRs.

Hi, I got requested for schedule A and travel document as well. When I asked the agent at CIC reasons why they require this document, he told me a lot of people got asked and dont seems to have a reason. If there is anything specific, the officer who reviewed your application will leave a note on your profile but they didnt leave anything on my case.

I got Schedule A and travel history request on April 6 and uploaded on April 12.

No updates afterwards..still in IP1.

AOR- Jan 30. Inland CEC.

I also received AOR 30 Jan.
Request for Celpip on 24th Feb. Uploaded same day.
No update since then. I dont mind the delay, I have my work permit until 2019, but it's scary to think what if something is an issue though all my documents are legit. Anyways Human Being never ending fears! All be good, hope for the best!

hi guys aor jan 19 PNP Outland here. We just received our requested gcms and it is dated as of april 5. This gave us some relief, but of course there is still no finality and more waiting. Hopefully guys it won't be too long now!!

Currently the background status of our app is NA since Feb 28. Based on what I read from our GCMS, our R10 has been OKayed since Feb 28 when our background check changed from not started back to not needed/not applicable. We also have passed medical and criminality. However, 11.2 has not been done yet. I'm assuming that its because our medical only passed last April 3 because of further tests.

The way I see it, CIC may be focusing on other streams or have some backlogs they need to finish. It's nerve-racking , but ordering the gcms made us a bit calmer. We just have to be patient. ;)

Attend CIIP sessions ; very helpful pre-arrival sessions.
Thanks Jasluke, however these sessions are open to applicants who have the COPR or a PR itself right and not for the ones who have just received ITA?

From the newcomersuccess.ca site
Before registering, you will need the following:

You will need to have your Client ID Number/Unique Client Identifier (UCI). Click here for examples of where to find these immigration numbers.
You will need to provide one of the following documents confirming your eligibility:
an IRCC invitation to obtain pre-arrival services, or
a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) letter/document, or
a passport request letter that indicates Permanent Resident visa issuance, or
an IRCC request that an applicant for permanent residence complete a medical examination, or
a Single Entry Permanent Resident Visa, or
a Permanent Resident Visa pick up notification letter.
We strongly recommend that you upload your proof of eligibility immediately upon registration. If not, our local staff will request it from you to confirm your eligibility prior to offering services.
