i was so scared today when I see a message on my CIC account, OMG, I WAS totally freaked out "Your action is required". I was worrying about some kind of additional docs or others.
Fortunately it is just RPRF payment request and my BG is now NA.

I did get an email saying "a new message" today and i was scared because of hearing danny's refusal case. Mine is actually similar like danny's.

I don't know what they would do after asking RPRF. Did anyone get negative result after requested RPRF??

I'm yet to see anyone be asked to pay RPRF, and then get rejected. I don't know how much sense it would make to do something like that, but it doesn't make much sense to wait until the last step to check someone's eligibility either. I'm guessing once they ask you to make payment, they've done their due diligence.

1. Can you apply for US or UK Tourist visa while your application is in progress? Can that delay your application
2. Do you need to inform CIC if you travel while your application is in progress?

What I don't understand is they're saying there's a delay in processing yet feb and march people are still getting PPR at ottawa. I feel like my BG check will be in NA for a long time to come, and even then it'll probably go IP (2) then get declined.

a month ago we would be happy to see BG status showing as NA; but after seeing some refusals of unaccepted reasons I am worried.

I think as long as you can have your passport on hand when they ask for it. You should be alright.
