You will get it sooner or later (later soon)veebee21 said:Well according to this I should get my PPR tomorrow. Haha won't that be a dream! Darn CIC.
Congrats. PPR is sure.lealealea said:i was so scared today when I see a message on my CIC account, OMG, I WAS totally freaked out "Your action is required". I was worrying about some kind of additional docs or others.
Fortunately it is just RPRF payment request and my BG is now NA.
Did you receive an email as well? Or just by checking CIC account?lealealea said:i was so scared today when I see a message on my CIC account, OMG, I WAS totally freaked out "Your action is required". I was worrying about some kind of additional docs or others.

I did get an email saying "a new message" today and i was scared because of hearing danny's refusal case. Mine is actually similar like danny's.Mthornt said:Did you receive an email as well? Or just by checking CIC account?
I'm yet to see anyone be asked to pay RPRF, and then get rejected. I don't know how much sense it would make to do something like that, but it doesn't make much sense to wait until the last step to check someone's eligibility either. I'm guessing once they ask you to make payment, they've done their due diligence.lealealea said:I did get an email saying "a new message" today and i was scared because of hearing danny's refusal case. I don't know what they would do after asking RPRF. Did anyone get negative result after requested RPRF??
This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa. The eligibility and admissibility
review (security, criminality and/or medical) is currently in process; you will be contacted if additional
information is required for that purpose.
At this time our records indicate that you have not paid the required Right of Permanent Residence Fee
(RPRF). You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF must be
paid once for yourself as a principal applicant and once for your accompanying spouse or common
law partner, if applicable.
The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you
choose not to use your visa.

I think criminality is passed with just the police certificateslealealea said:I ordered GMCS notes on march 30th (60 days after my submission) , and it shows i was on criminal check with no other checks started. That was pretty slow as some Jan already got ppr.
I think now my case has been assessed by case analyst and now has been transferred to a visa officer for final review.
What I don't understand is they're saying there's a delay in processing yet feb and march people are still getting PPR at ottawa. I feel like my BG check will be in NA for a long time to come, and even then it'll probably go IP (2) then get declined.Canada247 said:I think criminality is passed with just the police certificates

I have few questions
1. Can you apply for US or UK Tourist visa while your application is in progress? Can that delay your application
2. Do you need to inform CIC if you travel while your application is in progress?
