Risk of rejection at this point of time is very minimal. The only way, it could be something wrong with the your security clearance.ppr20 said:thanks again
is there any risk it may be refused at local visa office.
If your passport is expiring next month, then you must raise a CSE now immediately and submit your passport details along with the scan copies of required passport pages.ppr20 said:hello,
i am waiting for decision, BGC- N/A.
passport expiry is 28 may 2017, should i update raising the CSE question that i renewed my passport and send a new copy of passport, OR should i wait for ppr and then only send new passport would there be any legal issue later after ppr that i did not inform renewing my passport
thanks in advance

PPR letter can be issued only if the passport is valid for atleast another 6 months.
Hence you must inform them immediately before they request you to submit it.
As per general guidance mentioned for e-APR, any change in address, circumstances, etc. must be informed to IRCC. Now since this is a major change for you - passport renewal, it must be informed to IRCC.ppr20 said:THANKS
but i read somewhere on this forum that we can send new passports after PPR our new passoprt are valid for next 10 years, if we will send new passports and those will be valid.
Thanks again, i would inform IRCC.sushsmart15 said:As per general guidance mentioned for e-APR, any change in address, circumstances, etc. must be informed to IRCC. Now since this is a major change for you - passport renewal, it must be informed to IRCC.
You decide what you want to do.
Like I said, Visa Officer @ LVO (Local Visa Office) needs clearance from all the grounds including Security. Then only your application will approved for further processing. Some of the things are not in CIC control and they also depended on some other agencies. I totally understand your feelings and again nothing is in our hand other than waiting for our turn. I'm 100% sure you'll get PPR soon. Just wait for the day and I'm sure you'll forgot all the wait on that day. I wishing you all the very bestppr20 said:thanks Baji81,
you are helping here and its a blessing for us.
we dont have any security issue, its 100% sure. the only concern is why they are taking time, BGC-N/A.
