don't expect like this.....as people are receiving after 90 days also.....
With CIC there is a Luck factor also involved...

I know, I can't work out any sort of rhyme or reason with CIC. I lived in England until 2 years ago where I moved here and haven't traveled anywhere else. Oh well, we are all waiting, especially PNPers. I'll just wait till I get my GCMS notes *sigh*

Don't know about slow Vo but they have mentioned about scheduled delay for updates when i called to enquire.....

They said sometimes they put scheduled delays (not even start the checks) on bunch of files.
The agent has no information what are the reasons for doing this.

Just un update on my side, My application got cancelled on the 7th as incomplete due to one of PCCs that was not acceptable to IRCC.

I am so sorry.... But you can appeal i guess...
I almost have same time line... 1/29 and med passed on 3/19.. Even my PCC needed update and i have updated it.... It did not cancel though....! I would suggest you to send an email to CIC and try to appeal on your application...
