Do we have cases where there was no single update ( not even medical pass) in profile and they got direct PPR email?

Yes! My Friend submitted his online documents in the middle of February and got PPR without any updates last Friday.

Passport gets stamped and returned. 1-10days. Then usually you get to land within one year. I've seen cases where people got only 4 months max to land.

I think you get the passport back in a week or so. After that you have to do landing before your medical expires (1 year validity). I believe the CoPR would also have the last date before which you should do landing.

After landing, you wait for 6 - 8 weeks for PR card.

Hi folks,

I just want to share with you that I had raised CSE 2 months from AOR to ask about Visa office and I got a precise accurate response that my file is moved to Cairo Visa Office. Although they took about 14 working days to respond but it is much more better than inaccurate phone calls and emails.
