Do try resubmiting it, if no other supporting document has your job responsibilities. Reason being they match NOC to job responsibilities.

Then again I did read on this forum, this whole NOC matching business only applies to people on LMIA/closed work permit/claiming the 50 points for job offer

If you haven't claimed those, they do not care. Which is probably true

How can I resubmit it? The webpage has not place to append more docs. Also I am CEC Inland without LMIA (the 50 points) nor PNP.

There are people like me with AOR Jan 17 and even prior to Jan 17 are eagerly and patiently waiting for the golden email. I don't think they are dealing with the order of submission. Some folks with Feb AOR already got PPR.
:). It seems, it's all depend on Stream, Agent and LVO

Yes, of course! lets hope they just move on...

exactly did you make a research of if we should order notes or stay calm and wait?:)

I'm waiting it out. At this point I might get PR before my notes come anyways.

Finally I got my golden mail.
I got new message on my account today app. 12:20 CET time.

First thanks everybody for lot of support. really appreciated.

One last question.
I am visa extempt, but my husband is not.
In the mail it is stated to send all passports. But when I have checked my application, I have seen additional folders for my photo and passport scan.

I just want to be sure,
Shall I still send all passports or just the one of my husband?
Thanks a lot.

Congratulations!!!

What if i supposed to know the status of application or LVO. what and how can i email them asking?

Hi thanks for the comment. I have 1 dependent (spouse) and travel history is crazy busy yes. Does long travel history makes the process longer as well? didnt know that. now thinking about should i order gcms notes or wait a little bit more what are ur thoughts?
FSW Outland
aor 11 jan
med passed 26 jan
background NN-NS-NN 26 jan
nothing since then

I am just guessing that the more info in our profile (i.e. busy travel history, having more dependents, having more than one citizenship, more busy work history,..) might make the process a bit longer.

This is my thought though. Maybe our experts could comment on this.

This is somewhat true but not in all cases. As for me, I'm a single applicant, only traveled to the US and Canada 5 times max under the age of 18. Came here couple months after turning 18. Went to school and currently working. My case is as straightforward as it gets and I'm still waiting for my BG to change again.

I honestly this is just has to do with who is dealing with your application.

If you're CEC inland the officer MAY call your employer up to check. But ideally you should resubmit a newer one with teh duties via CSE - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Any case that CIC called Canadian employer to verify reference letter? I will order a new reference letter and submit to CIC this week.

I have read cases where they have called the employee, candidates or both

Would suggest you to do it ASAP considering your AOR is 17 Jan and they might be already working on your file

Guys, my BG has finally changed to IP :o
Status now reads "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information"
