AOR 7th Jan, still waiting for any update. Please note, if you are USA applicant, you have to wait much more to get your medicals passed, more than 2 months.gaur9786 said:Anyone else is waiting whose AOR is on jan 9th ?
Do you mean rejected their BOWP application because of implied status on IEC? or rejected what? pls clarify?DannyMC8710 said:I know people who has been rejected to be in Implied status under iEC but also friend of mine who didn't have any problem.
Yeah the BOWP was rejected.Broken Heart said:Do you mean rejected their BOWP application because of implied status on IEC? or rejected what? pls clarify?
Thanks.
That's very weird, because on IEC you can have implied status as a visitor, and of course there is a debate on if you can work or not (i.e. implied status as a worker), which we will not start it here.DannyMC8710 said:Yeah the BOWP was rejected.
The reason for why they were rejected is because they were working on Implied status while they were holding a IEC permit and they shouldn't , but this is like 2 years ago, so I don't know if now is different.Broken Heart said:That's very weird, because on IEC you can have implied status as a visitor, and of course there is a debate on if you can work or not (i.e. implied status as a worker), which we will not start it here.
So I don't think they were rejected because of that, either they didn't include their AOR at that time, or they didn't pass the R10 check or something else. If you know the reason for rejection pls share.
Nowadays there is a new trend by CIC to put BOWP applications on hold, until R10 is passed, to rectify their old mistakes.
This means, your R10, A11.2 evaluation might be completed and they will transfer your file to LVO. Once the officer starts reviewing it, they will change the status back to In Progress and you'll receive the golden email (PPR) soon.7fifty said:Don't know what this means
