I do not see that as a big issue. (it is almost the same anyway). small LOE shall fix the problem (you will state that your representative was not sure what to pick in order to describe your diploma properly and he ended up to describe it not accurately).
Yes somehow I also don't see it as big deal but I saw people were getting applications declines even for smaller things. Also I don't have access to EE that's why I cannot be sure agent will send such LOE if I will blame him

I'm sorry to hear about your situation! I hope it gets resolved.

I personally think that blaming him might come off as inappropriate. As the client it is still your responsibility to check the work and consult with him.

If I were in your position, I wouldn't really word it like I'm blaming my representative. I would word it like it was a mistake that was noticed and that this LOE is being submitted through CSE to correct that mistake.

do you think that LOE will be enough for CIC not to reject application. because I see it as big issue. definitely I dont want to blame them because I know it is my fault. I didn't check on time.

So my understanding is that you haven't submitted your eAPR right?

If so, then you have two options:
1- Decline the invitation and wait for the next draw. I think you are an OINP nominee so you'll be guaranteed an ITA next round.
2- Modify your answer post ITA and mention it in your LOE. The change does not affect your CRS score so I don't think it's not that big of a deal. It's not like you got invited because of your specific field of study

I personally would go with option 2, but option 1 is probably the safest option if you have a high CRS score.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
i do not see that as a big issue... just select the right field on your application and mention it briefly in your letter.
If it were the other way around and you had a marketing job, that would be a little tricky. But still not a big deal.

Errr... NO... What's your end game???

You can only land once you get the PR visa and COPR, not before... if you go to Canada as a visitor you'll have to stick around not working while you wait... Why would you want to do that?

Guys,

Looking at the November thread I can see lots of people getting their Meds Passed status NOW.... Yes that's right, only NOW! 2 months after their AOR...

If we take into consideration that in Nov they hadn't started with the huge draws then it stands to reason that for many of us it may actually take longer..

Oh well... I think I'll go open a beer and try to forget about EE for 3 months... :p
I think this seems to be rather Christmas/New Year delays.

I would second that. Explain honestly that it was a mistake and you are in best interests informing the VPO.

Actually, I am a PR already. My wife before we got married started her PNP application and got her nomination and ITA a day before our wedding. So she submitted her application updating the relationship status. We are wondering if she gets a visitors now, all she will be able to come here before PR which is still long time to happen.
Thats why wanted an opinion should we try for a visitors visa or just wait for PPR

I dont see any legal reasons for you not to proceed this why. However, I guess you would need to notify CIC about current residence address etc.
