But my application status is still showing "under progress" in CIC portal and not approved as yours. So i guess your passport is on the way. But for me it might take a little extra time. anyways update here as an when u receive any info. Thanks.

My CIC account status has been changed to "approved" and my VFS tracking status has been changed to "Visa application, tracking ID No.xxxx– Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 09/04/2018 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website" Hoping to receive it soon.

Your application is not delayed by any means so keep yourself busy and you will receive the PPR soon enough.
