Received golden e-mail today and here is my time line
CEC Stream
AOR Date : 22nd Feb,2018
Medicals pass:2nd Mar,2018
Ip2: 2nd Mar,2018
PPR:6th Apr,2018

If your mail does not have any such instructions then you can try to search for it online. Or if nothing works try to contact the Canadian embassy in Tokyo. They will surely help you.

HI Congrats on your PPR mail! can you please share when your application changed to IP2? I couldn't find that in your signature. Thanks!

I am not sure but my meds passed came on 16th Feb so i think somewhere around that time it changed to IP2. Coz i remember on 17th Feb i received a mail in my inbox from CIC saying my profile was updated. But other then medicals passed nothing changed, Then there was no update till 16th march after which i received the PPR mail.

Same here i submitted my passports on 22nd March in VFS New Delhi office but it is still in process. I called VFS they said because of the heavy rush it is getting delayed and they have no idea when the High commission completes the task
